Bengaluru Film Festival screened Iranian lineup

A number of Iranian movies have been screened at the 10th edition of Bengaluru International Film Festival (BIFFES) in Banglore city of India.

Iran movies 'Appendix' directed by Hossein Namazi, 'Midday Event' by Mohammad-Hossein Mahdavian, 'Yeva' by Anahid Abad and 'Leaf of Life' by Ebrahim Mokhtari have been screened at the non competition section of the festival.

Four other notable Iranian movies did also attend the festival including 'No Date, No Signature' by Vahid Jalilvand, 'Negar' by Rambod Javan, 'A Special Day' by Homayoun Asadian and 'Breath' by Narges Abyar.

The 10th edition of Bengaluru International Film Festival was held during February 22 – March 01, 2018.

The festival was organized by the Karnataka Chalanachitra (Film) Academy for Government of Karnataka.
